Delivery Information

Please provide information about access restrictions at the chosen delivery address as most deliveries are made using large lorries with a tail-lift and a pump truck. In case of narrow roads, we will notify our delivery partners to use a smaller vehicle due to restricted access. Additionally, kindly inform us of any obstructions such as steps, lifts, uneven or gravel paths/driveways.

It's essential to note that all palletised orders will be delivered to the *KERBSIDE* only. While we will make every effort to deliver your order to the closest and safest location, a signature will be required upon delivery. The delivery driver holds the discretion to leave the palletised order only if they are content with the location. If not satisfied, the order will be returned to the delivery depot.

Goods can only be dispatched Monday - Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

 

Damages on Delivery:

Please check your order for any visible damages before signing for it. If you feel there are damages please sign as DAMAGED and then inform us at Ceramic Tile Warehouse (Sales@tctw.co.uk) within 48hours with the total quantity including pictures.

After 48hours Ceramic Tile Warehouse will not take responsibility for any damages.

 

Bank Holidays: 

Please be aware that our delivery partners do not operate on bank holidays or weekends. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. 

 

Delivery Locations: 

Please be aware that our delivery partners may not be able to deliver to certain postcodes within the UK, due to road access via lorries.

 

Delivery Times:

Deliveries are generally made between 8am and 6pm - unfortunately we’re unable to offer specific time slots.


We do ask the delivery drivers to call one hour ahead, where it’s safe and possible to do so. 

 

Late Delivery:

Please note that very occasionally, there may be a delay to your delivery that’s outside our control. This is usually down to events such as bad traffic or weather conditions. In this case, we’ll do our very best to let you know.

We cannot be held liable for any costs arising from a delayed delivery, so we would advise not booking in tradespersons until after your order has been delivered.
