General Information:

Ceramic Tile Warehouse is a UK based company - all orders of tiles and samples can ONLY be fulfilled to UK addresses*

*Please read our Delivery Information page for any UK based delivery restraints.

 

Sample Ordering:

Samples are exhibited solely to enable the Customer to judge the style of the Goods, but do not constitute a sale by sample.

We aim for any sample requests to be dispatched within the same day via Royal Mail - 1st Class.

(Any samples requested over the weekend will not be processed until the upcoming Monday).

 

Product / Quality and Warranty:

All descriptions, advertising and specifications on our website are for the purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and their accuracy cannot be warranted by us. To assist, we operate a samples policy as mentioned above. The goods are supplied within the Manufacturers tolerance limits of size, texture and colour variations. It is recommended that tiles from all boxes are mixed to give a reasonable blend. We also recommend ordering all the tiles at the same times, as ordering at other times as result into different batch colours and sizes.

Ceramic Tile Warehouse cannot guarantee to match shades of previous orders.

 

Online and Over the phone payments:

To proceed with the payment of goods, please ensure that the address and telephone number you provide during the ordering process match the information your credit card bank has on file for you. We gladly accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Amex. It is crucial to provide accurate information to avoid any potential delays in processing your order. Rest assured, your order will be processed promptly once proper authorisation is received.

 

Deliveries:

When the delivery company provides delivery to the site, the goods will be delivered to the closest hard road to the site. However, if the Customer specifically requests delivery to a site beyond the nearest hard road, all risk regarding the condition of the Goods during delivery will be assumed by the Customer. In such cases, no claims pertaining to the condition of the Goods upon delivery will be entertained. Additionally, the unloading of the Goods is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

It is important to note that all pallets sold are shipped directly from suppliers, and at no point are directly handled by Ceramic Tile Warehouse.

Any claim as to shortages or condition of Goods on delivery which would not be apparent on visual inspection must be communicated within 48 hours. Subject to the condition the Customer is deemed to have accepted the Goods as having been supplied in good condition, and in accordance with the order.

 

Fixing Tiles:

Ceramic Tile Warehouse's liability for any defects in the supplied Goods will be limited to the contract value of the Goods in question, concerning the specific complaint. Any claims regarding defective Goods will not be accepted once they have been used by fixing or attempting to fix them to a wall or floor.

 

Returning and Cancelling an Order:

Kindly be advised that only full pallets, which remain wrapped up and securely strapped, are eligible for returns within a 14-day period. However, please note that any additional meterage purchased beyond the original pallet cannot be returned. Please ensure you thoroughly consider your requirements before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance. Restocking fees will apply.

If the items bought are in fully working order and are not faulty than returning the goods will be at the customers cost and not Ceramic Tile Warehouse.

 

Liability and Technical Information:

Ceramic Tile Warehouse representative provides technical and other advice in good faith and solely for general guidance, any installation questions should be consulted with the person(s) installing the tiles.

Ceramic Tile Warehouse shall not be held liable for any errors, defects by the Manufacturer, or other circumstances beyond its control.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and installer to ensure that the goods received are as ordered, satisfactory, and suitable for the intended purpose. Once the materials are fixed, no claims can be accepted.

The supply of goods is subject to the strict understanding that British Standards relating to fixing are adhered to.
